Busker Tour, the travelling festival of new circus and performing arts, returns to Wrocław from 5 to 7 September 2025.
Busker Tour, as the name suggests, is a celebration of street artists who usually bring everything they need to present their show in one suitcase. They’ll be coming to Wrocław from all around the world – Australia, Ireland, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Chile, and many other countries.
It’s showtime!
Suitcases of performers of Busker Tour 2025 will be filled with musical instruments, balls, and a variety of circus props, including diabolos, unicycles, rolla bollas, beds of nails, hats, hula hoops, and knives. When they open them next to the sign with the festival logo, unroll a rope or mark a waterline, a selected part of Wrocław’s Market Square becomes their stage, and passers-by who stop become their audience. It’s showtime! Admission is free, but if you have a good time, you can drop money into the hat buskers pass at the end of the show.
Circus, music, and many surprises
The programme of Busker Tour 2025 in Wrocław features over 70 circus and interdisciplinary shows and concerts. The performances presented by international buskers are the result of many years of training and testing both tricks and jokes, as well as the ability to build relationships with strangers.
Mastery of one’s own body and props, along with the most technically difficult routines, are not enough to gain recognition and hold the interest of an audience that can leave at any moment. On the street, charisma, presentation, and the ability to connect with the public are equally important.
Buskers don’t stick strictly to a script. It serves as a point of reference. Improvisations, using new locations as inspiration, and interaction with the audience mean that a show by the same performer can be a different experience every time.

About Busker Tour Festival
Busker Tour is a street festival organised in various cities across Poland. The programme in each of them changes and features interdisciplinary performing and circus arts. The street shows you can see are a blend of styles, cultures, and artistic disciplines.
Busker Tour is a recognisable brand within the international circus and street artist community. The festival stands out due to its original line-up. Małgorzata Węglarz, the artistic director, invites both buskers who regularly travel between continents, following the summer, and those who have so far performed only locally in their local pitches. Many performers who are now regularly invited to other festivals in Poland and worldwide made their festival debut at Busker Tour.

Schedule
Street shows will take place on all sides of the Market Square between 2-10 p.m. Pitches will be marked with the signs with the festival logo.
Late in the evening, the action will move to the festival club Dziady i Koktajle where everyone can not only meet buskers but also perform with them as part of an open stage.
Addmission
Admission is free; however, following the tradition of street theatres, if you enjoy the performance, the artists would greatly appreciate tips in their hats.
